Masks & Veils

People have a right to wear masks to protect themselves from germs. People have a right that others wear masks to reduce the chance of contracting infectious diseases.

Medical professionals have a right to wear masks and scrubs to protect themselves while attending to patients. Patients have a right that medical professionals are appropriately dressed to minimise the chance of patients contracting germs.

Humans needs protection against viruses, bacteria, and other harmful organisms. Since 2020, the Covid-19 global pandemic, the entire world declared a medical emergency, and chose to dress accordingly, while taking many other precautionary measures to minimise the risk of contracting the disease.

Viruses, bacteria, and other microscopic germs are invisible to the naked eye. We trust the relevant officials and medical professionals when they warn us about them.

We have been warned of the enmity of Satan. We have also been warned about desires and lusts. We have been warned about sins. We know that Satan incites humans to sin.

Crimes against women are a global problem.

The scriptures guide women to take precautions by covering themselves appropriately. Religious leaders and family elders guide their women to take precautions by covering themselves. Some go to the extent of covering even the face with veils.

Veils are a precautionary measure, just like masks are a precautionary measure. Everyone has the right to take precautions to prevent themselves and others from harm.
