The Cow (2:256-257)
لَآ إِكْرَاهَ فِى ٱلدِّينِ ۖ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ ٱلرُّشْدُ مِنَ ٱلْغَىِّ ۚ فَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِٱلطَّـٰغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدِ ٱسْتَمْسَكَ بِٱلْعُرْوَةِ ٱلْوُثْقَىٰ لَا ٱنفِصَامَ لَهَا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ ٢٥٦
There is no compulsion in Faith. The correct way has become distinct from the erroneous. Now, whoever rejects the Tāghūt (the Rebel, the Satan) and believes in Allah has a firm grasp on the strongest ring that never breaks. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

ٱللَّهُ وَلِىُّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يُخْرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُمُ ٱلطَّـٰغُوتُ يُخْرِجُونَهُم مِّنَ ٱلنُّورِ إِلَى ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ ۗ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ ٢٥٧
Allah is the Protector of those who believe. He brings them out of the depths of darkness into the light. As for those who disbelieve, their friends are the Rebels. They bring them out from the light into the depths of darkness. Those are people of the Fire. There they will remain forever.

USA President Donald Trump spoke at the UN against Shariah Law abroad, and Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, spoke about the issue on the domestic front.
President Trump has a long history of anti-Muslim rants. He has expressed his worry about Shariah Laws being made the Law of the Land. The Quran quotes Pharaoh also stating something similar about Moses (Musa عليه السلام):
The Forgiver (40:26)
وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ ذَرُونِىٓ أَقْتُلْ مُوسَىٰ وَلْيَدْعُ رَبَّهُۥٓ ۖ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُبَدِّلَ دِينَكُمْ أَوْ أَن يُظْهِرَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلْفَسَادَ ٢٦
And Pharaoh said, “Let me kill Mūsā, and let him call his Lord. I am afraid that he will change your religion or he will cause havoc to appear in the land.”

Pharaoh had elevated himself in the land. Pharaoh was the Deceiver (Dajjal) of his era, controlling resources, enslaving people, and wielding a religious authority. He had high technology and magic at his command. He spoke of Moses as trying to cause corruption or changing the laws, while all Moses was demanding form Pharaoh was permission for the Bani Israel go for pilgrimage to the desert for three days.

So, is this USA trying to control all resources, and make all nations submit to its NEW WORLD ORDER?

Is this the beginning of the end, or do we still have time to reverse the tide?
ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of Iran, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are probably the only two countries which have their version of Shariah Law implemented.
Now, Iran is directly at war, while Saudi Arabia is being attacked, and provoked.
The Gulf countries are caught in this war.
There are many Muslim countries in the world. Most have secular laws, with some lip service to Shariah.
Turkey has secular laws. When the Caliphate was abolished, so were the Shariah Laws.
Pakistan Constitution requires Shariah Compliant Laws, yet the colonial legacy English Legal System is the main judicial system in the country.
Where are we heading?
The Rooms (49:14-18)
۞ قَالَتِ ٱلْأَعْرَابُ ءَامَنَّا ۖ قُل لَّمْ تُؤْمِنُوا۟ وَلَـٰكِن قُولُوٓا۟ أَسْلَمْنَا وَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ ٱلْإِيمَـٰنُ فِى قُلُوبِكُمْ ۖ وَإِن تُطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ لَا يَلِتْكُم مِّنْ أَعْمَـٰلِكُمْ شَيْـًٔا ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌ ١٤
˹Some of˺ the nomadic Arabs say, “We believe.” Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “You have not believed. But say, ‘We have submitted,’ for faith has not yet entered your hearts.[1] But if you obey Allah and His Messenger ˹wholeheartedly˺, He will not discount anything from ˹the reward of˺ your deeds. Allah is truly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

[1] The verse makes a distinction between Islam (the declaration of accepting the faith, then performing Islamic duties such as prayers and fasting) and Îmân (a higher state of Islam, which means to embrace the faith wholeheartedly). This distinction is very clear in a famous narration from the Prophet (ﷺ), commonly known as the Ḥadîth of Gabriel.
اعراب کہتے ہیں کہ ہم ایمان لائے، کہوکہ تم ایمان نہیں لائےبلکہ یوں کہو کہ ہم نے اسلام قبول کیا،اور ابھی تک ایمان تمھارے دلوں میں داخل نہیں ہوااور اگر تم اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرو تو اللہ تمھارے اعمال میں سے کچھ کمی نہیں کرے گابے شک اللہ بخشنے والا، رحم کرنے والا ہے

إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْتَابُوا۟ وَجَـٰهَدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلصَّـٰدِقُونَ ١٥
The ˹true˺ believers are only those who believe in Allah and His Messenger—never doubting—and strive with their wealth and their lives in the cause of Allah. They are the ones true in faith.

قُلْ أَتُعَلِّمُونَ ٱللَّهَ بِدِينِكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌۭ ١٦
Say, “Do you inform Allah of your faith, when Allah ˹already˺ knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth? And Allah has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of all things.”

کہو، کیا تم اللہ کو اپنے دین سے آگاہ کررہے ہو حالاں کہ اللہ جانتا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہےاور اللہ ہر چیز سے باخبر ہے

يَمُنُّونَ عَلَيْكَ أَنْ أَسْلَمُوا۟ ۖ قُل لَّا تَمُنُّوا۟ عَلَىَّ إِسْلَـٰمَكُم ۖ بَلِ ٱللَّهُ يَمُنُّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ هَدَىٰكُمْ لِلْإِيمَـٰنِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ ١٧
They regard their acceptance of Islam as a favour to you. Tell ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Do not regard your Islam as a favour to me. Rather, it is Allah Who has done you a favour by guiding you to the faith, if ˹indeed˺ you are faithful.

یہ لوگ تم پر احسان رکھتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے اسلام قبول کیا ہے کہو کہ اپنے اسلام کا احسان مجھ پر نہ رکھو،بلکہ اللہ کاتم پراحسان ہے کہ اس نے تم کو ایمان کی ہدایت دیاگر تم سچے ہو

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ ١٨
Surely Allah knows the unseen of the heavens and earth. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do.”

بےشک اللہ آسمانوں اور زمین کی چھپی ہوئی باتوں کوجانتا ہےاور اللہ دیکھتا ہے جوکچھ تم کرتے ہو

The Quran states that the People of Torah should judge by what was revealed in the Torah, the People of Injeel should judge by what was revealed in the Injeel, and the Muslim Ummah should judge by what is revealed in The Quran. And then it questions:
The Table Spread (5:50)
أَفَحُكْمَ ٱلْجَـٰهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ ۚ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ حُكْمًۭا لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُوقِنُونَ ٥٠
Is it the judgment of ˹pre-Islamic˺ ignorance they seek? Who could be a better judge than Allah for people of sure faith?

Is it, then, the judgement of (the days of) Ignorance that they seek? Who is better in judgement than Allah, for a people who believe?

Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allāh in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith].

Is it a judgment of the time of (pagan) ignorance that they are seeking? Who is better than Allah for judgment to a people who have certainty (in their belief)?

Do they then seek after a judgment of (the days of) ignorance? But who, for a people whose faith is assured, can give better judgment than Allah?

اگر یہ خدا کے قانون سے منہ موڑتے ہیں تو کیا پھر جاہلیت کا فیصلہ چاہتے ہیں ‘ حالانکہ جو لوگ اللہ پر یقین رکھتے ان کے نزدیک اللہ سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنیوالا کون ہو سکتا ہے

(اگر یہ خدا کے قانون سے مُنّہ موڑتے ہیں) تو کیا پھر جاہلیّت1 کا فیصلہ چاہتے ہیں؟ حالانکہ جو لوگ اللہ پر یقین رکھتے ہیں ان کے نزدیک اللہ سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنے والا کوئی نہیں ہے

[1]جاہلیّت کا لفظ
اسلام کے مقابلہ میں استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ اسلام کا طریقہ سراسر علم
ہے کیونکہ اس کی طرف خدا نے رہنمائی کی ہے جو تمام حقائق کا علم
رکھتا ہے ۔ اور اس کے برعکس ہر وہ طریقہ جو اسلام سے مختلف ہے جاہلیّت کا
طریقہ ہے۔ عرب کے زمانہء قبل ِاسلام کو جاہلیّت کا
دَور اسی معنی میں کہا گیا ہےکہ اس زمانہ میں علم کے بغیر محض وہم یا قیاس
و گمان یا خواہشات کی بنا پر انسانوں نے اپنے لیے زندگی کے طریقے مقرر کر
لیے تھے۔ یہ طرزِ عمل جہاں جس دَور میں بھی انسان اختیار کریں اسے بہرحال
جاہلیّت ہی کا طرزِ عمل کہا جائے گا۔ مدرسوں اور یونیورسٹیوں میں جو کچھ
پڑھایا جاتا ہے وہ محض ایک جُزوی عِلم ہے اور کسی معنی میں بھی انسان کی
رہنمائی کے لیے کافی نہیں ہے ۔ لہٰذا خدا کے دیے ہوئے عِلم سے بے نیاز ہو
کر جو نظامِ زندگی اِس جُزوی عِلم کے ساتھ ظنون و اوہام اور قیاسات و
خواہشات کی آمیزش کر کے بنا لیے گئے ہیں وہ بھی اُسی طرح”جاہلیت“ کی تعریف
میں آتے ہیں جس طرح قدیم زمانے کے جاہلی طریقے اِس تعریف میں
آتے ہیں۔
کیا یہ لوگ پھر سے جاہلیت کا فیصلہ چاہتے ہیں[1] یقین رکھنے والے لوگوں کے لئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے بہتر فیصلے اور حکم کرنے واﻻ کون ہوسکتا ہے؟[2]

[1]اب قرآن اور اسلام کے سوا، سب جاہلیت ہے، کیا یہ اب بھی روشنی اور ہدایت (اسلام) کو چھوڑ کر جاہلیت ہی کے متلاشی اور طالب ہیں؟ یہ استفہام، انکار اور توبیخ کے لئے ہے اور (فا) لفظ مقدر پر عطف ہے اور معنی ہیں ”يُعْرِضُونَ عَنْ حُكْمِكَ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَلَيْكَ وَيَتَوَلَّوْنَ عَنْهُ، يَبْتَغُونَ حُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ“ (تیرے اس فیصلے سے جو اللہ نے تجھ پر نازل کیا ہے یہ اعراض کرتے اور پیٹھ پھیرتے ہیں اور جاہلیت کے طریقوں کے متلاشی ہیں) (فتح القدیر)
[2]حدیث میں آتا ہے نبی (صلى الله عليه وسلم) نے فرمایا ”أَبْغَضُ النَّاسِ إِلَى اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ثَلاثَةٌ: مُبْتَغٍ فِي الإِسْلامِ سُنَّةَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، وَطَالِبُ دَمِ امْرِئٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ لْيُرِيقَ دَمَهُ“ (صحيح بخاري- كتاب الديات) ”اللہ کو سب سے زیادہ ناپسندیدہ شخص وہ ہے جو اسلام میں جاہلیت کے طریقے کا متلاشی ہو اور جو ناحق کسی کا خون بہانے کا طالب ہو۔“
کیا یہ زمانہٴ جاہلیت کے حکم کے خواہش مند ہیں؟ اور جو یقین رکھتے ہیں ان کے لیے خدا سے اچھا حکم کس کا ہے؟

تو کیا یہ جاہلیت کے فیصلے چاہتے ہیں ؟ اور اللہ کے حکم (اور فیصلے) سے بہتر کس کا حکم ہوسکتا ہے ان لوگوں کے لیے جو یقین رکھنے والے ہیں

اب کیا حکم چاہتے ہیں کفر کے وقت کا اور اللہ سے بہتر کون ہے حکم کرنے والا یقین کرنے والوں کے واسطے [1]

[1]یعنی جو لوگ خدا کی شہنشاہیت رحمت کاملہ اور علم محیط پر یقین کامل رکھتے ہیں ان کے نزدیک دنیا میں کسی کا حکم خدا کے حکم کے سامنے لائق التفات نہیں ہو سکتا۔ پھر کیا یہ لوگ احکام الہٰیہ کی روشنی آ جانے کے بعد ظنون و اہواء اور کفر و جاہلیت کے اندھیرے ہی کی طرف جانا پسند کرتے ہیں۔
کیا یہ لوگ جاہلیت کا فیصلہ چاہتے ہیں اور اللہ سے بهتر کس کا فیصلہ ہوسکتا ہے، ان لوگوں کے ليے جو یقین کرنا چاہیں

Abraham (Ibrahim عليه السلام)'s legacy and his religion continues to flourish.
Islam is increasingly being embraced the world over by individuals.
Allah's Deen and the Shariah revealed in the scriptures still exists.
Though the allies of Taghut may try to subdue the world, yet Allah promises to perfect His Nur:
The Ranks (61:8)
يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِـُٔوا۟ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَٱللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ ٨
They wish to extinguish Allah’s light with their mouths, but Allah will ˹certainly˺ perfect His light, even to the dismay of the disbelievers.

They wish to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah is to perfect His light, even though the disbelievers dislike (it).

They want to extinguish the light of Allāh with their mouths, but Allāh will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.

Fain would they put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light however much the disbelievers are averse.

Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).

یہ لوگ اپنے منہ کی پھونکوں سے اللہ کے نور کو بجھانا چاہتے ہیں ، اور اللہ کا فیصلہ یہ ہے کہ وہ اپنے نور کو پورا پھیلا کر رہے گا خواہ کافروں کو یہ کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو۔

یہ لوگ اپنے مُنہ کی پُھونکوں سے اللہ کے نُور کو بجھانا چاہتے ہیں، اور اللہ کا فیصلہ یہ ہے کہ وہ اپنے نُور کو پُورا پھیلا کر رہے گا خواہ کافروں کو یہ کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو۔ 1

[1]یہ بات نگاہ میں رہے کہ یہ آیات 3 ہجری میں جنگ احد کے بعد نازل ہوئی تھیں جبکہ اسلام صرف شہر مدینہ تک محدود تھا، مسلمانوں کی تعداد چند ہزار سے زیادہ نہ تھی، اور سارا عرب اس دین کو مٹا دینے پر تلا ہوا تھا۔ احد کے معرکے میں جو زک مسلمانوں کو پہنچی تھی، اس کی وجہ سے ان کی ہوا اکھڑ گئی تھی، اور گردو پیش کے قبائل ان پر شیر ہو گئے تھے ۔ ان حالات میں فرمایا گیا کہ اللہ کا یہ نور کسی کے بجھائے بجھ نہ سکے گا بلکہ پوری طرح روشن ہو کر اور دنیا بھر میں پھیل کر رہے گا۔ یہ ایک صریح پیشن گوئی ہے جو حرف بحرف صحیح ثابت ہوئی۔ اللہ کے سوا اس وقت اور کون یہ جان سکتا تھا کہ اسلام کا مستقبل کیا ہے ؟ انسانی نگاہیں تو اس وقت یہ دیکھ رہی تھیں کہ یہ ایک ٹمٹماتا ہوا چراغ ہے جسے بجھا دینے کے لیے بڑے زور کی آندھیاں چل رہی ہیں ۔
وه چاہتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے نور کو اپنے منھ سے بجھا دیں[1] اور اللہ اپنے نور کو کمال تک پہنچانے واﻻ ہے[2] گو کافر برا مانیں

[1]نور سے مراد قرآن ، یا اسلام یا محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) یا دلائل وبراہین ہیں۔ (منہ سے بجھا دیں) کا مطلب، وہ طعن وتشنیع کی باتیں ہیں جو ان کے مونہوں سے نکلتی تھیں۔
[2]یعنی اس کو آفاق میں پھیلانے والا اور دوسرے تمام دینوں پر غالب کرنے والا ہے۔ دلائل کے لحاظ سے، یا مادی غلبے کے لحاظ سے یا دونوں لحاظ سے۔
یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ خدا کے (چراغ) کی روشنی کو منہ سے (پھونک مار کر) بجھا دیں۔ حالانکہ خدا اپنی روشنی کو پورا کرکے رہے گا خواہ کافر ناخوش ہی ہوں

وہ ُ تلے ہوئے ہیں کہ اللہ کے نور کو اپنے منہ (کی پھونکوں) سے بجھا کر رہیں گے اور اللہ اپنے نور کا اتمام فرما کر رہے گا خواہ یہ کافروں کو کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو۔

چاہتے ہیں کہ بجھا دیں اللہ کی روشنی اپنے منہ سے اور اللہ کو پوری کرنی ہے اپنی روشنی اور پڑے برا مانیں منکر [1]

[1]دین حق کا غلبہ ضرور ہوگا:یعنی منکر پڑے برامانا کریں اللہ اپنے نور کو پورا کر کے رہیگا۔ مشیتِ الہٰی کے خلاف کوئی کوشش کرنا ایسا ہے جیسے کوئی احمق نور آفتاب کو منہ سے پھونک مار کر بجھانا چاہے۔ یہ ہی حال حضرت محمد ﷺ کے مخالفوں کا اور ان کی کوششوں کا ہے۔ (تنبیہ) شاید بِاَفۡوَاہِہِمۡ کے لفظ سے یہاں اس طرف بھی اشارہ کرنا ہو کہ بشارات کے انکار و اخفاء کے لئے جو جھوٹی باتیں بناتے ہیں وہ کامیاب ہونیوالی نہیں۔ ہزار کوشش کریں کہ 'فارقلیط' آپ نہیں ہیں، لیکن اللہ منوا کر چھوڑ یگا کہ اس کا مصداق آپ کے سوا کوئی نہیں ہوسکتا۔
وہ چاہتے ہیں کہ اللہ کی روشنی کو اپنے منہ سے بجھادیں ، حالاں کہ اللہ اپنی روشنی کو پورا کرکے رہے گا، خواہ منکروں کو یہ کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو
