The Night Journey (17:12)
We have made the night and the day two signs, then We made the sign of night marked by darkness and the sign of day bright, so that you may seek grace from your Lord, and that you may know how to number the years and how to compute, and We have expounded everything in detail.

The Quran mentions everything. If we have not yet found it in The Quran, it does not mean that it is not mentioned there. It simply is an indication of our own limited knowledge.
The Quran does mention the creation of reptiles.
The Quran mentions that the 'Jaan' were created before the 'Insaan'. [Surah alHijr]
The Quran mentions the 'Jinn' the category that Iblis belonged to. [Surah alKahf]
The Bible mentions that he was a serpent, and that he lost his limbs as a punishment for misleading Adam and his wife. [Genesis 3]

According to Hadith attributed to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , it is mentioned that when Adam was created, his height was about 60 cubits, that is approximately 90 feet.
Scientists tell us that from the fossils of dinosaurs, they estimate the height from a few feet to almost 90 feet. This Britannica page gives a list of the largest dinosaurs.
The Quran explains everything.
We need to contemplate and believe it.
