a deeper look at Surah Yusuf
The word 'Haqq' appears twice in Surah Yusuf:
Q12:51
Said [the king to the women], "What was your condition when you sought to seduce Joseph?" They said, "Perfect is Allāh![1] We know about him no evil." The wife of al-ʿAzeez said, "Now the truth has become evident. It was I who sought to seduce him, and indeed, he is of the truthful.

[1]- In His ability to create such purity of character.

And he raised his parents upon the throne, and they bowed to him in prostration.[1] And he said, "O my father, this is the explanation of my vision of before. My Lord has made it reality. And He was certainly good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you [here] from bedouin life after Satan had induced [estrangement] between me and my brothers. Indeed, my Lord is Subtle[2] in what He wills. Indeed, it is He who is the Knowing, the Wise.

[1]That of greeting and respect, which was lawful until the time of Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ). Prostration to any person or object other than Allāh was then prohibited conclusively.
[2]Perceptive of unapparent matters within which is benefit to His servants.

In Q12:51, the truth is made manifest. After so many years in prison, finally, when Yusuf is to be released, he demands an inquiry into the accusation against him, for which he was imprisoned for so many years. The truth comes out, and Yusuf's innocence is established.
In Q12:100, Yusuf is stating that Allah has turned the dream he saw into reality. He had dreamt a dream that made his brothers jealous, as they considered themselves superior to him. However, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. Allah had chosen this role for Yusuf because of His Knowledge and His Wisdom, He knew that Yusuf (Joseph) was more worthy of this role that all his brothers. Allah made the dream a reality.
Sexual misconduct, false accusations, jealousy, conspiracy, the role of Satan in exploiting the moral weaknesses, and Allah overcoming everything, executing His Plans subtly and seamlessly, nothing being able to frustrate His Plans, or replace His Choices, are beautifully depicted through the story of Yusuf. This younger brother, from another mother, was more worthy of the throne and the responsibility, thus he was chosen and placed in a position of authority.
Eventually, the brothers also realise and admit their mistake and their sin.
Eventually, the wife of the Aziz also admits her sin, and declares Yusuf innocent.

Another example of misplaced Superiority Complex
Q2:247:18
In post Musa (Moses) scenario, we again see this 'superiority complex' when they were unwilling to accept Talut as their King:
And their prophet said to them, "Indeed, Allāh has sent to you Saul as a king." They said, "How can he have kingship over us while we are more worthy of kingship than him and he has not been given any measure of wealth?" He said, "Indeed, Allāh has chosen him over you and has increased him abundantly in knowledge and stature. And Allāh gives His sovereignty to whom He wills. And Allāh is all-Encompassing [in favor] and Knowing."
— Saheeh International

...
In this world, people have complexes about themselves, and false assumptions about others.
Allah knows every individual nafs, and His choices are the best.
Believers, even when they fall, they repent sincerely, seeking forgiveness and reform.
Non-believers, they insist upon their wrongs as if they are right. They refuse to repent or reform.
On the Day of Judgement, all rights will be apportioned, and no one will be wronged in the least.
So, we read in Surah Yasin, ayat 7:
Already the word [i.e., decree] has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.
— Saheeh International
— Maulana Wahiduddin Khan
The people whom Allah has created for the Fires of Hell will have a lifetime worth of evidence against them. They choose to not to believe, and so Allah seals their fate, and they die without having repented and without having sought forgiveness.
The people whom Allah has chosen for the Gardens of Eternity will have a lifetime worth of evidence for them. The citizenship of the Gardens of Eternity is based upon the acceptance of Allah as King, His Deen as the Legal Code, and submission to His Commands. They are humble towards Allah in this life, and so they heed to the reminders, take the warnings seriously, and for them is the good news of forgiveness and lofty reward. They choose to repent, in this life, and they choose to submit. They attempt to reform themselves.
Every one will be placed exactly where he/she rightfully deserves to be placed.
Reality will become manifest.
Justice will be served.
Honour restored.
Mercy manifested:
