Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى appointed Adam as Khalifa.
Satan promised, advised, and brought about the Fall of Adam. It was Adam's fault to heed to Satan's advice. Adam and his progeny continue to suffer. Nevertheless, Satan and progeny continue to plot, advise, and try to harm the world.
David (Daud عليه السلام) was appointed Khalifa. He celebrated Allah's perfection (tasbeeh), and fought many wars to make this world a better place.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ fought many wars to establish Allah's Deen over all religions, bringing about a sea of moral reforms all over the Arabian Peninsula.
The Khalifas رَّضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ after Prophet Muhammad ﷺ continued to serve Allah عزوجل , and sincerely sought to establish the Deen over all other deens, expanding the borders, bringing peace, justice, and moral reforms across the Middle East and beyond.
Khilafat kept changing hands, but the Muslim world generally always had a ruler who kept them together, and was a shield against the evil forces bent upon destroying the Muslims.
Over a hundred years ago, the last Khalifa was removed.
Zoinism flourished, and now the world is coming to realise the ugly face of this secular movement, using the Lord's name in vain, harbouring evil political ambitions, plunging the world into chaos, wars, famine, and making it morally bankrupt.
The Middle East is being ravaged, inch by inch, plot by plot, country by country.
The Muslim world urgently needs to reunite under a Khalifa.
I suggest Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish President as the Khalifa.
The Caliphate was abolished in 1924.
The Treaty of Lausanne has completed its one hundred years.
Turkey was the last country where the Khilafat stood in the face of zionism, till it was removed.
Since then, Turkey itself has experimented and seen the moral consequences of secular, atheistic society.
Yet, Turkish people have maintained their faith, and the present Turkish President is one of those people who has globally, visibly proven his sincerity to Allah, Islam, and the world. He has spoken out at key moments to bring about change, to contain evil, to help people far and wide across the world. He threatened the Myanmar government of consequences, while Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was encouraging the Myanmar government to destroy the Rohingya Muslims.
Historically, Turkish people have fought to establish Islam and proven their sincerity to the Deen for many centuries.
With Tayyip Erdogan as the Khalifa of the Muslim World, the Muslim leaders can all unite under his leadership and ratify a covenant to unite under the Khalifa, pledging allegiance to him.
They can also work out the succession details, so that it is an Mulsim Ummah legacy.
The World urgently needs a Khalifa.
The World needs moral reforms.
The World needs Allah.
The World needs Islam.
People need a saviour.
The World needs a Khalifa.

أَمَّن يُجِيبُ ٱلْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ ٱلسُّوٓءَ وَيَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَآءَ ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ أَءِلَـٰهٌۭ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ قَلِيلًۭا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٦٢
Or ˹ask them,˺ “Who responds to the distressed when they cry to Him, relieving ˹their˺ affliction, and ˹Who˺ makes you successors in the earth? Is it another god besides Allah? Yet you are hardly mindful!”

Or the One who responds to a helpless person when he prays to Him and removes distress, and who makes you vicegerents of the earth? Is there any god along with Allah? No, but little you heed to advice.

[1]اس کے دو معنی ہیں ۔ ایک یہ کہ ایک نسل کے بعد دوسری نسل اور ایک قوم کے بعد دوسری قوم اٹھاتا ہے ۔ دوسرے یہ کہ تم کو زمین میں تصرف اور فرما نروائی کے اختیارات عطا کرتا ہے
[2]مشرکین عرب خود اس بات کو جانتے اور مانتے تھے کہ مصیبت کو ٹالنے والا حقیقت میں اللہ ہی ہے چنانچہ قرآن مجید جگہ جگہ انہیں یاد دلاتا ہے کہ جب تم پر کوئی سخت وقت آتا ہے تو تم خدا ہی سے فریاد کرتے ہو، مگر جب وہ وقت ٹل جاتا ہے تو خدا کے ساتھ دوسروں کو شریک کرنے لگتے ہو(تفصیل کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن، جلد اول الانعام، حواشی29۔41۔جلد دوم،یونس،آیات21۔22۔حاشیہ31۔النحل،حاشیہ4۶۔بنی اسرائیل حاشیہ،84۔ )اور یہ بات صرف مشرکین عرب ہی تک محدود نہیں ہے دنیا بھر کے مشرکین کا بالعموم یہی حال ہے ۔ حتٰی کے روس کے منکرین خدا جنہوں نے خدا پرستی کے خلاف ایک باقاعدہ مہم چلا رکھی ہے ، ان پر بھی جب گزشتہ جنگ عظیم میں جرمن فوجوں کا نرغہ سخت ہو گیا تو انہیں خدا کو پکار نے کی ضرورت محسوس ہوگئی تھی۔
بے کس کی پکار کو جب کہ وه پکارے، کون قبول کرکے سختی کو دور کر دیتا ہے[1] ؟ اور تمہیں زمین کا خلیفہ بناتا ہے[2]، کیا اللہ تعالیٰ کے ساتھ اور معبود ہے؟ تم بہت کم نصیحت وعبرت حاصل کرتے ہو.

[1]یعنی وہی اللہ ہے جسے شدائد کے وقت پکارا جاتا اور مصیبتوں کے وقت جس سے امیدیں وابستہ کی جاتی ہیں مُضْطَرٌّ (لاچار) اس کی طرف رجوع کرتا اور برائی کو وہی دور کرتا ہے۔ مزید ملاحظہ ہو سورۃ الاسراء: 67 ، سورۃ النمل: 53۔
[2]یعنی ایک امت کے بعد دوسری امت، ایک قوم کے بعد دوسری قوم اور ایک نسل کے بعد دوسری نسل پیدا کرتا ہے۔ ورنہ اگر وہ سب کو ایک ہی وقت میں وجود بخش دیتا تو زمین بھی تنگ دامانی کا شکوہ کرتی، اکتساب معیشت میں بھی دشواریاں پیدا ہوتیں اور یہ سب ایک دوسرے کی ٹانگ کھینچنے میں ہی مصروف وسرگرداں رہتے۔ یعنی یکے بعد دیگرے انسانوں کو پیدا کرنا اور ایک کو دوسرے کا جانشین بنانا، یہ بھی اس کی کمال مہربانی ہے۔
بھلا کون بیقرار کی التجا قبول کرتا ہے۔ جب وہ اس سے دعا کرتا ہے اور (کون اس کی) تکلیف کو دور کرتا ہے اور (کون) تم کو زمین میں (اگلوں کا) جانشین بناتا ہے (یہ سب کچھ خدا کرتا ہے) تو کیا خدا کے ساتھ کوئی اور معبود بھی ہے (ہرگز نہیں مگر) تم بہت کم غور کرتے ہو

بھلا کون ہے جو سنتا ہے ایک مجبور و لاچار کو جب وہ اس کو پکارتا ہے اور (اس کی) تکلیف کو دور کرتا ہے اور جو تمہیں جانشین بناتا ہے زمین میں کیا کوئی اور معبود بھی ہے اللہ کے ساتھ (ان کاموں میں شریک) ؟ بہت ہی کم نصیحت ہے جو تم لوگ حاصل کرتے ہو

بھلا کون پہنچتا ہے بےکس کی پکار کو جب اسکو پکارتا ہے اور دور کر دیتا ہے سختی [1] اور کرتا ہے تم کو نائب اگلوں کا زمین پر [2] اب کوئی حاکم ہے اللہ کے ساتھ تم بہت کم دھیان کرتے ہو [3]

[1]یعنی ایک قوم یانسل کو اٹھا لیتا اور اس کی جگہ دوسری کو آباد کرتا ہے جو زمین میں مالکانہ اور بادشاہانہ تصرف کرتے ہیں۔
[2]مصیبت کو دور کرنے والا کون ہے:یعنی جب اللہ چاہے اور مناسب جانے تو بے کس اور بیقرار کی فریاد سن کر سختی کو دور کر دیتا ہے۔ جیسا کہ دوسری جگہ فرمایا۔ فَیَکۡشِفُ مَا تَدۡعُوۡنَ اِلَیۡہِ اِنۡ شَآءَ (انعام۔۴۱) گویا اسی نے دعاء کو بھی اسباب عادیہ میں سے ایک سبب بنایا ہے جس پر مسبّب کا ترتب بمشیت الہٰی استجماع شروط اور ارتفاع موانع کے بعد ہوتا ہے۔ اور علامہ طیبی وغیرہ نے کہا کہ آیت میں مشرکین کو تنبیہ ہے کہ سخت مصائب و شدائد کے وقت تو تم بھی مضطر ہو کر اسی کو پکارتے ہو اور دوسرے معبودوں کو بھول جاتے ہو۔ پھر فطرت اور ضمیر کی اس شہادت کو امن و اطمینان کے وقت کیوں یاد نہیں رکھتے۔
[3]یعنی پوری طرح دھیان کرتے تو دور جانے کی ضرورت نہ پڑتی۔ انہی پر اپنی حوائج و ضروریات اور قوموں کے ادل بدل کو دیکھ کر سمجھ سکتے تھے کہ جس کے ہاتھ میں ان امور کی باگ ہے تنہا اسی کی عبادت کرنی چاہئے۔
کون ہے جو بے بس کی پکار کو سنتا ہے اور اس کے دکھ کو دور کردیتا ہے اور تم کو زمین کا جانشین بناتا ہے کیا اللہ کے سوا کوئی اور معبود ہے تم بہت کم نصیحت پکڑتے ہو
