Say, "He (is) Allah, the One.
Allah, the Eternal, the Absolute.
Not He begets and not He is begotten.
And not is for Him equivalent any [one]."
Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى is One and the Only Deity, worthy of worship.
One of the names of Allah is Al-Atheem (الْعَظِيمِ).
Generally translated as The Great or The Mighty, the root letters (ع ظ م) also form the word for bones (الْعَظْمُ). Bones give structure and strength. The stronger the bones, the greater the might.
The Quran mentions Allah's Two Hands, Allah's Shin, and other physical aspects of The Deity we worship.
Allah is perfect in all His Aspects.
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ
Subhana Rabbi alAtheem
So, as Muslims submit in prayer, they bow down in Ruku, placing their hands on on their knees, reciting this very name of Allah. It is an excellent pose, beneficial for the human bony structure.
